I did not paid heavy fees to agent for which only 30 rupeess are needed.

• Transport
• New Domestic Driving License

In my town (Tal:-kopargaon),you will be not able to issue a driving license directly through government employee,you will need to process through agents,which demand 1000* rupees for two wheel license and 3000 for four wheel.
I went to camp when i was 19 and saw such vulgar thing happening,so still i have not issued license i m 22 now.
Hoping that i can go through legal procedure...
