I did not paid pay a bribe

Macherla is a mandal head quarter in guntur district in AP. the sub registrar of stamps and registration department was asked me to pay bribe for house registration thru document writer. i said i will pay the money if you provide the receipt for the same. after lot of heated discussions, i told i will make a complain to ACB and News channel guys about the bribe, then he has done my registration with out any bribe.
