To whom so ever it may concern!

I am Mohammed Shaffi, a student from Bangalore. For while I was looking to make my passport which required birth certificate and other documents which are to be submitted during verification process and I was rejected due to lack of documents mainly birth certificate, I was unable to find at home so I decided to check at hospital where I was born and with lot of searching it turns out that its government hospital in Wilson garden. When I asked the responsible person there to get my Birth Certificate he took me to a corner and said "it will only Rupees 1000" very next moment when I turned my head around I found board which said "Bribe is crime" and below it said "getting a copy of birth certificate is only Rupees 50" also there was a phone number written to contact if any hospital official asking for bribe, when I tried to call the authorities of the hospital no one was picking the phone I tried for three days continuously and I lost hope thinking this is what my country is about and I was very much disappointed and I just left it and did not made my passport till now.

Also one more very serious issue is when me and my sister went to get polio drops to my little niece the hospital worker( its government hospital near chamrajpet, mysore circel, bangalore ) noticed that hospital worker who inject polio drops and hepatities injection are taking bribes very openly and If you don't pay they will be hard on little kids while injecting, I think this very serious thing which i noticed. Please do take care of this things.

If you need more information about this things you can contact me at 9663982108. I can even take to this places as well.

I hope I am not wasting my time to write to someone who may take some actions, or this is just another fake website. I love my country and proud to me an Indian

Regards,
Mohammed
