Indiranagar RTO : I gave up against you !!
I resisted the bribe for my driving license test. I was failed twice by the officer. This was just a case of renewal of my license and then the RTO officer had failed me twice.
Each license is worth Rs. 5000, as if its a trade. Whether one knows to drive or not licenses are awarded if he/she were willing to trade. I am sure the convenience of trade surpasses any human considerations at Indiranagar RTO !!
