Marriage registration without bribing (fee of Rs.115)
When i went get my marriage certificate done with all the relevant documents, i was asked to come at aound 3PM as many ppl were there for their marriage registration. I went there again at 3PM and gave my documents. The assistant who is supposed enter all the details did her job and before going to the registrar, she asked me to give her and the registrar some money but i ignored her. Waited for some time until registrar does the marriage certificate done and gives it to us. Duly paid the fees for that and we left the place. I was so happy for not paying even single paise as bribe:-)
