No drivers license
Holidays in Goa, forgot my drivers license at home in Europe. When I rented a scooter I've been told to keep always Rs 100 (back in 2005) in my shirt pocket to bribe the police officer in case of traffic control.
I've been controlled some day after and the officer asked for a bribe of Rs 2000 ! I told him some "nice" words and went away without giving him a *******
