Officer earning lot of money for exchanging old currency

I have heard (and its from employee himself) that he makes 15-20,000 daily just in exchanging old money for some black money holders. I think this practice will hamper the main motive of demonisation and all efforts of our Honourable PM, Mr. Modi Ji.
