Principle asking for bribe in giving "school bags" tender
Convent of Jesus and Marry,(chelsea) shimla.
Principal is negotiating bribe on tender given out for mass production of school bags. A ally is acting on behalf of the school principal for negotiations and dealing.
It is still under process. I'm not involved in the matter but I know of someone who is.
