Hi,
My name is Amarendra. For my flat registration will be done in April/May -2014. My friends/collegues/builder is telling i need to give bribe for the registration to be done. But i dont want to pay the bribe. And every one is telling with out paying bribe we cannot do registration.
please let me know how can i do registration myself? Some one please please let me know how to make registration with out any problems and with out paying bribe.
