Under the table payment -
As I was to register my property my builder hinted that 22000 cash should be kept ready at hand for payment. as i did not intend paying any such sum a part from the stamp and registration fee i had to find a way out by other means. i had to approach the commissioner stamp dept who was ready to help me out. I got my property registered without a single paise paid as corruption. i could do but haundreds of commoners could not. this seems to be the way of life and no body is ready to fight this deeply entrenched mode of corruption. we talk much but we are not ready to fight.
