What it takes to get work done in Chennai Central RTO
I didnt pay a bribe to the RTO, and of course my work did not get done. I had to visit the office 4 times, and still could not even get to the first stage of paying the fees and submitting my documents. I finally was forced to use personal connections in another RTO to pressure the people in this RTO to get into action. Once they were threatened, the license was issued in 3 hours
