After so many years it is found that the name in birth certificate is wrong in comparsion with all certificate upto post graduate with passport.so we need to change the same .i,as a father and natural guardian of the candidate make a affidiatebefore the notary,with all certificate duly attested with declearatio is submitted before the chc,wherethe certificate is issued.on discussion they told it cannot be change.what is the procedure to make correction.
