I married a BC girl on 12th may 2013 in ARYA SAMAJ, boduppal, Hyderabad, Telangana. In arya samaj they given me a marriage certificate. Is this valid for applying passport and other government related applications. but I belong to kurnool district, andhra pradesh. my birth certificate also belongs to kurnool district. is it legally a problem.
