A friend of mine went to the police station to file a complaint as he lost some important documents today. The policemen sitting there firstly weren't ready to lend their ears and later on harassed hik by asking him to get things like paper, pen, carbon paper.
They wrere just not willing to help the one in problem rather were more interested in being bribed I suppose.
what should be done is this case?
