Hi,
I am Mohan and 24 yrs old. My birth registration is not done. As I read from govt. website now I should get non-availability certificate. So I have applied for birth certificate at Channarayapatna taluk office in the month of August. How long is the document be kept in the taluk office? Will I still get the the non-availability certificate?
