Please say this to the builder straightaway. I would also suggest that you make it very clear that you do not want to pay a bribe. Please try to canvass support from others in the gated community. I might add that in many cases, the Builders are also keeping a bit of the so called incidental charges with themselves! How are you so sure that he is &#39;honestly&#39; passing on the full bribe!? Here in Bangalore, we have come across many cases where individual buyers have not paid bribes even though the builder has sought that it should be done.</p>

Hi, i have booked a flat with a leading builder in hyderabad in a large gated community (300+ flats). The builder has asked us to pay 'incidental charges' (clarified as bribe) for the registration of property (flat) in our name. I dont want to pay the same. what should i do ?
