Hi, I stay in a rented flat in Navi Mumbai. I've applied for a learner's license and the test date is on 10/03/2016. However , my rental agreement is getting over in February 2016 and my landlord is currently out of the state and would be returning back to Mumbai towards the end of March.
I would like to know if I can still submit the rental agreement as proof for address.
