Hi, My house is in a vijjage in the name of my father.Now he was trying to sell it.When trying to register to some other person,The registrar said that the land was an ASSIGNED LAND and you are not able to sell it.My father has all the orginal documents regarding that land.How can he procedd further in this issue.Please suggest me.Thanks
