Hi there, I received my first passport from kochin in 2007.During that time I was staying at palai Kottayam dt..... and that's my permanent address. Now I am staying at ALAPPUZHA (temporary address) and working abroad. I am coming on a holiday now and I need to apply for a new passport ......,, I am staying at a rented house in ALAPPUZHA my concern is that I don't have a documentary evidence to state that I have been staying at ALAPPUZHA for the last couple of years...... I don't have a gas connection , telephone bill or water bill...... every thing in the name of the owner...... so can u help me ..... how will I apply for a new passport and I am on a one month leave and I should get my passport within that time Thanks and please help me
