I am fighting a case in regard to illegal mutation/fraudulent legal heir certificate and also obtained demolition order from Howrah Zilla Parishad in the year in 2012 and the case is pending before 5th court Jr.Division (Civil)-Judges Court Howrah Ref Case no-9328/2014.
But till date we have not yet able to submit DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE/SUPPLIMENTARY EVIDENCE AND MY OWN ADV is trying to avoid me as well as the court is extending 90 days or more for next date.Against opposite party i have already exposed the corruption.Several cases pending before the Hon'ble Calcutta Highcourt also-Ref caseFA-184 OF 2017 AND CAN-12045 OF 2017 pending before the div bench-NADIRA PATHERIA AND BISWAJIT BASU.
The other one also pending -WP-32118(W)OF 2014 ORDER DATED 16 TH JUNE.2015 PASSED BY DR.SAMBUDDHA CHAKRABORTY.Only this is my achievement. I am also submitted grievance petition before SCI-DIARY NO38403/SCI/PIL/(E)2017 DATE OF APPLICATION 15/08/2017 -REPLIED-CONTENTS OF COMPLAINT ARE NOT COVERED UNDER PIL GRIEVANCES.
