I am serving in Indian Army. My employer has not exempted the following special allowance which are exempted from tax u/s 10 (14) :-
Travelling allowance @ Rs. 800/- DA as application per month (exempted limit from Tax is Rs. 800/- pm)
Compensatory modified filed area allowances @ 958/- per month (exempted limit from tax is Rs. 1000/- pm)
It is also intimated that I got arrears for the FY-2012-2013 of Rs. 10000/- in the month of May 2013 and I have not intimated about my home loan details to my employer. I have no income from the house because the house is under construction but I have paid a yearly interest of Rs. 35000/- per year.
You are requested to guide me which ITR form is applicable for my and where I should show the above details.
