I booked tatkal ticket on 31-01-2017 in 11061 from irctc but i got a waiting ticket after chart prepared on 01-02-2016 my ticket shows no any update and i hv not got any amount for my ticket and process of irctc is if anyone seat will not confom in tatkal kota then he will got a refund money.some month ago i booked a ticket that is not confirmed and i hv got refund so why not irctc renfunded any amount of me
