I do odd jobs in Kolkata after finishing my college from Odisha , where my parents use to live. Recently my parents have shifted to South 24 parganas in West Bengal. I got married but could not register my marriage as I have nothing to show as proof of address. If my mother ( who owns a flat in south 24 parganas) gives a declaration that I stay with her along with my wife,will that be acceptable as proof of address. NOTE we are both Hindu
