I have paid property tax online but it was not reflecting on site. I called up helpline and they said they have received the tax and some issue in system. Will be corrected after 15 days.

Even after 2 months it wasnt reflecting. Now in BBMP office they are asking for 3000Rs for generating the receipt!

Where can I complain about this person?
