I have permanent driving license issued at Kanpur. I have resigned at Kanpur from work and staying now in Ghaziabad. My license expires in May 2014. Can I get the license renewed at Delhi as it is close to my residence? If no then where can i renew closest to my place of stay at Vaishali?
