I purchased a scooty in Hyderabad (AP) in my Wife's Name. Scooty Registration number if of AP. Now we have shifted our base to Ghaziabad (UP). And I want to have a UP number. Please can you guide me on the process of getting registered in UP. And related fees, timeframe, etc.
