I reside in Navi Mumbai in a rented apartment, and planning to buy a two wheeler, but have a normal house rent aggrement (aggrement is on stamp paper with Police verification).
But dealer said rent aggrement is not registered and is not ready to accept any other document (like gas conn. bill / Bank statement/ Employer's certificate).
And is asking me to pay 3000 Rs extra as RTO bribe.

Can any one tell me what other document is acceptable for New vehicle registration.
