I want to correct my name and patents name in birth certificate.
I want to correct my name and patents name in birth certificate. I was born in Gujarat, but now I am residing in Kerala. I have got one and same certificate from village office. Is that enough? Do I need anything else? Whom should I meet for the correction? What is the expense for doing this? Please help me.
