I was born in Korba district in 1993, and at that point of time Korba was a part of Madhya Pradesh state. I have misplaced the original certificate but have a photocopy of the birth certificate. How can I download or generate a copy of my birth certificate or rather re-issue the birth certificate? And how much time will that take? I am settled in Kolkata, West Bengal state.
