I was born in Raipur, Chhatisgarh but residing in Rourkela, Odisha
I was born in Raipur, Chhatisgarh but residing in Rourkela, Odisha since last 12 years. I have a birth certificate issued by the hospital authority but I do not have the birth certificate issued by Municipality of Raipur and they are not able to provide me with the certificate now. My date of birth is 06/04/1994. Can I proceed to apply for passport with the birth certificate issued by hospital and if not what can be done for this.
