I was born on 5th October 1946 & that year my father was transfer to Mirpur now called Pakistani Azad Kashmir but inAugust 1947 India got its Freedom & we were not allowed to return to Kishtwar so I remain with father at Mirpur upto the freedom on India.In this situation I could not obtain my Birth Certificate,As now I am in UK, I need it urgently.Will you please me to obtain my Birth Certificate, if so please do let me know.Thank you so much.
