I was enrolled at port Blair during 2012 and not received Aadhaar...

I was enrolled at port Blair during 2012 and not received Aadhaar card and also lost the acknowledge slip. There after I was transferred to Chennai. Once again I was enrolled at Chennai with the present address and details but I got a message stating that "the enrollment with EID 1111503034979320140330142343 has been rejected due to duplicate enrollment"

Kindly guide me to get Aadhaar card
