If a Sub Inspector refuse take FIR against a retired Police Officer,
If a Sub Inspector refuse take FIR against a retired Police Officer, & the next day he charge case against us on IPC 326, 341, 354, 323... where we are innocent & the above IPC section attempt was on us. How could we prove our innocents , what kind of sudden steps that we could take to prove our innocents??
