In my daughterr birth certificate issued by che corporation of chennai her name is mentioned as K P REVATHY, where as in all other documents like tc , pan card, bank assbook, voter id , aadhar card etc it is mentioned as P REVATHY only. now i have to correct in the birth certificate her name is P REVATHY instead of kp revathy. PL TELL ME WHAT I SHOUD DO FOR THIS CORRECTION,
