I've heard that while driving a two wheeler,if the policeman stops us and asks for papers of the scooter(id,etc) ,he cannot seize the vehicle or harrass us furthur as according to the law,we are given 15 days to show our papers and there is no need to pay the challan when the policeman stops us....is this true?and if truesir/madam,please tell me the law...
