My 2friends were consuming alchohol in the car and suddenly they found 6 policemen in 2 wheelers knocked on the windows and asked for 3000 fine and take car to police station.Finally they paid 1000 to the policeman and got off it.I want to know watz the actual fine and rules if one sits in his own parked car and drinks within limits.
