My father has a case under sec 420 & 120 B in which fine of rs 10000 and 3 year imprisonment is announced by district court afterwards in lok adalat there is settlement (rajinama) is done and case is ends now in police verification who is not give clear report and he say that in my eyes case is not completed it is just settlement so I am not give clear report at any cost.........now what can I do........i am also meet to sp of sikar but he send to assistant and assistant say that we can't do anything sho is not ready to clear report..............please help me........................please please........
