My father has made a will and after his death we could not find the will. My brothers applied for a succession certificate. Can the court allow the application and issue a succession certificate.
Can I approach the court to break open the locker of my late father who had a locker in his name along with our mother who expired earlier.
if the application for succession certificate is not maintainable whom I should approach for cancelling their application.
I have my mothers will and applied for letter of administration. Whether the non availability of fathers will will affect my application.
