My grandfather died while in service in the Railways and my father was the nominee to receive all the due amount. But since my father was a minor, my grandmother received all the dues from the railways under guardianship deed. She bought a land and constructed a house on it from the amount received by her on behalf of my father. My grandmother did not transfer the property made out of this amount and died. My father is also dead now. How can i get the Khata transferred to my mother's name
