My Husband P. Thanikachalam expired on 22-06-2016, as a wife of P. Thanikachalam I have a Death Certificate, Legal Heirs Certificate and Family Pension Order. I want to replace the Name of P. Thanikachalam inspite of V. Jayam in Property Tax. How can I submit the documents and get the Name Transfer kindly reply ASAP.
