My two wheeler is due for fitness certificate on 20/11/2015. The registration was done on 20/11/2000 at KA-03 RTO Indira Nagar Bangalore. Due to a major health problem i had to permanently shift to Mysore for treatment. Due to my bad health i am not able to take my two wheeler to Bangalore for inspection. I want to know how to get the fitness certificate without presenting it at Bangalore & get the same at RTO KA-09 Mysore. Kindly Help me
