One of my friend is using prepaid BSNL mobile number for last 10
One of my friend is using prepaid BSNL mobile number for last 10 years provided by the Employer which was in the name of other employee of the company. At the time of retirement he asked the employer to transfer mobile number in his name because that mobile number has become identity of that man every where. Transfer er and trans free contacted BSNL office. But they said number can not be transferred because transfer is allowed only in blood relation. It is not understood why this is prohibited when portability is allowed. This is not going to effect company or the national interest in any way. Both parties are ready to submit all documents and charges applicable. How this issue can be resolved ?
