Regarding creation of EVC it is not possible to do using mail id

Regarding creation of EVC it is not possible to do using mail id and mobile number for the last one week. Is there any change in creation of EVC? After clicking the option " using otp to mail id and mobile number" is not seen. What is the reason ? Whether any new option came ?? Please clarify..
