Sir ,
At present my son name is PRAMEEDULA SUBRAMANYAM BHUVAN and in the birth certificate,i named him as PRAMEEDULA BHUVAN.and later on in his school records i mentioned as prameedula subramanyam bhuvan, as per affidivit and notary by lawer.please suggest me how add the full name in the birth certificate.
