I am son(MANOJ SHARMA) government employee (omprakash Bsnl dot (1960- 2016) lives in Agra.i am doing private job. My father expired (heart attack) on 23 Nov 2016 .we have two brothers (manoj(30), HIRDESH(25).he is unemployed.my mother is uneducated.what is the eligibility criteria for my brother for do this job.he is graduate(B.com). Sir please help me.
