Yesterday RTO officer caught my Bike having fancy number plate,it was alsonot having rear mirror and i was having driving licence and other paper was at home..
He took my license and submitted it to counter and told me to pay the whole fine..
On counter when i asked him about fine he simply told rs 2500 i have to pay and my license will be give to me...
But when i asked for what i have to give rs 2500 he told 600 for puc,1000 for insurance and he didn't tell anything more...
Is it reasonable penalty to pay???
