TELL ME INFORMATION UNDER THE RIGHT TO ASK INFORMATIONACT 2005 ABOUT THE FINE CHARGED BY TRAFFIC POLICE IS REFUNDABLE OR NOT ?
I am parking my byke at no parking zone, the traffic police adopted my byke and i am agree to pay No parking Zone fine amount but the fine amount on no parking zone are availed in the motor vehicle act ?
or
supose i am agree ti pay No parking zone fine amount and the traffic police ask documentation of the bike , i am providing the following document on that time -
1. R.C.Book
2. Driving Licence
3. Green tax paper
but i cant present insurance paper on that time but i have insurance paper at the home.
if i am paying the amount of fine on insurance paper not present to RTO, but in the few days or hours i am presenting the Insurance paper to the RTO Department can i claim Refund my Fine amount i am paying on insurance paper not presenting ???
plz gime information earlier......and most important think is to know the info about the RTO department ........
