I refused to pay bribe

Today I went for passport verification in gulaothi Police station district Bulandshahr along with all valid documents a officer Komal Tyagi along with her assistant asked me for bribe I simply refused n said we already paid fee of passport and it's yr duty to do so then she said she is not asking for herself she is asking for inspector he will eat bribe nd fill up his tummy for a clean report
