I am in the process of opening an orphanage. I am not from Hyderbad and hence dont know the language. I had to meet government officials in CWC. I was very apprehensive at first. But the experience I had was nothing short of miracle. All the employees I met were very fluent in English and very courteous. They were very insistent that we follow all the rules and regulations. One in particular is Mr. Nihant. I have never met him but the help he gave on telephone was tremendous. Mrs. Swaroopa Rani, Mr. Satish, Mrs. Laxmi Bai. List of government employees who changed my perception of how the system works. You can converse with them on phone any number of times but they will never get angry or frustrated. In fact several times they have called me back to help me. This team is lead by Mr. Chiranjeevi Choudary who is the commissioner for child welfare and even he was extremely helpful on telephonic conversation. Best part is the question of money never once surfaced in my last two months experience with them. Kudos to the department.
