Honest officer in IDBI bank i have ever met
I am a business man , I have a current account with IDBI bank. I applied for a business loan of 10 lakhs. My father being the proprietor of the farm and our business is whole sale and retail sales of electrical goods.My father is a senior citizen and I take care of the business. I approached the bank for the loan and met Mr vinod Kumar loan officer.He gave me a piece of paper and asked me to get the documents listed. The entire process for disbursement took me 20 working days. Every time he had a query or any signatures he dropped down to my place and got everything he needed. I thought he would ask me for bribe after disbursement. And at last he disbursed me the loan @11.5% rate of interest. After the loan Me my brother and father invited him , he didn't come we asked him to take a gift he didn't accept. At last he said we will have cup of tea and bill will be paid by him. Amazing man, these days no one day expect a banker to be like him. My father being a senior citizen became a fan if him. All the services we ask happens on his mobile. Never makes any delays. I can say he is the honest and loyal person I've ever met. Good luck and god bless you vinod sir
